By using realest.my you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

• Give your real name and an email you can access. Keep your password private.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do with the access you give them.
• One person per account. Accounts are free.

Listings and messages

• Only list properties you own or are allowed to rent out, with honest prices and details.
• No fake listings, scams, spam, or asking for payments outside of a real rental agreement.
• Be respectful in messages. We may remove listings or accounts that break these rules.

Guest information

If you store guest details, you're responsible for having their permission and for handling it under the Data Privacy Act. Never enter full ID numbers — realest only keeps the last 4 characters.

Estimates, not advice

Area prices, yields and calculator results are estimates based on public asking prices. They can be wrong and are not an appraisal, legal, tax or financial advice. Always check with a licensed broker, appraiser or the local assessor before buying or renting.

The service

• We work hard to keep realest running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable.
• We may change features or these terms. If the change is big, we'll show a notice on the site.
• You can stop using realest and delete your account at any time in Account settings.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, realest isn't liable for losses from relying on estimates, from deals made between users, or from service interruptions.
